Valley Employee and Family Assistance Program is a community-based employee benefit program that provides employees, dependents and retirees with confidential and professional counselling, coaching and information in addressing personal concerns and life issues. Our trained counsellors can address work and life issues affecting employees’ emotional and psychological well-being, such as:

• Family and Parenting Issues
• Psychological/Emotional Issues (Stress, Depression, Anxiety)
• Addiction (Alcohol, Drug, Gambling)
• Grief & Loss
• Trauma & Crisis Counselling
• Financial Concerns
